Our story began in Autumn of 2022, promising to bring expertise and exceptional customer service to homeowners – and buyers – searching for a personally curated approach to their real estate needs.
It’s a story of two halves, as sellers are invited to experience new realms of effortlessness, and buyers are introduced to a higher standard of living: thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and remarkable surroundings.

As a company we specialise in prime central London, however we provide a bespoke service to our clients that can adapt and facilitate our clients’ needs throughout London, across the country and internationally.

Meet Mary
Calling upon a deep understanding of the complexities of the market, a global network of contacts, and an innate passion for interior design and architecture, Mary has extensive experience in the luxury real estate sector, spanning from Dubai to Prime Central London.
A natural people person, Mary believes in leading with honesty, integrity, and transparency, as somebody who truly cares about her clients. It’s this approach that positions her as an undeniably client-oriented professional, with most of Mary’s business referred through former clients and her network of introducers.
Beyond Mary’s strong background in business management – having run a company in LA – and her breadth of real estate knowledge, it’s Mary’s passion that her reputation centres on. Holding the belief that a home should be a space where you can breathe out, escape, and just be, without expectation, she enjoys the journey with her clients exploring London through the lens of boundary-pushing homes.
